My latest piece "The Night the Stars Fell" is not exactly in my typical genre. It's definitely darker, bolder and way more dramatic than my usual light-hued uplifting bubbly compositions.

The arrowhead-shaped bubble arrangement imposes a forced sense of perspective; at the foot of the mountain, the bubbles are scarcer and larger, yet get gradually smaller and denser as you reach the summit of the mountain. Above the apex, in the night sky, colors and patterns reminiscent of fire + ice (a theme I've explored before in a different way with pieces such as Born of Fire and Ice and Between Fire and Ice) are clashing in a mini apocalyptic raid.
And that my friends, was the night the stars fell.
I’ll admit, I know "The Night the Stars Fell" won’t be a Best Seller – it’s much darker and bolder than what my clients typically go for when choosing a print by The Big in the Small.
But, that’s OK. I like to offer different options that cover all spectrums!
If you think you might be interested in this piece but maybe are afraid it might be too dramatic for you, let me know via our Guest Services or send me a DM on Instagram! You’ll be able to send me a picture of the space you’d be interested in adorning with this print; I’ll then add the piece digitally to your wall, and you’ll be able to decide whether or not it’s the right fit for your space!
Alternatively, you can shop all my other pieces via the webstore in order to find the perfect print for your wall!
A purchase directly helps me continue The Big in the Small’s activities; this is not my full-time occupation. So every profit gets reinvested into more liquids so I can keep on creating more pieces for you to enjoy here, on Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook and bubble-popping videos on YouTube!
Oh, and before I go... If you haven't seen it yet, make sure to take a look at my previous blog post to know more about my previous piece!
As always, thank you so much for your support!!!
